HOW TO MAKE A SHAKE
STEP 1
Take 2 tablespoons of Nutritional Shake Powder of your choice.
STEP 2
Add 1-3 tablespoons of Personalized Protein Powder for extra protein or 2 scoops Protein Drink Mix for a protein-rich, creamy shake.
STEP 3
Add 250ml fat-free milk, yoghurt, yogisip or diluted fruit juice. Add a fruit of your choice (optional).
STEP 4
Shake! or Blend! Sit back and enjoy!

Apple Pie and Cinnamon shake
2 scoops Formula 1 Spiced Apple Flavoured Shake Mix
250 ml soy milk
1/2 medium banana
1 medium apple, peeled & seeded
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
Pinch of ground nutmeg
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Summer in a Glass shake
2 scoops Formula 1 Summer Berries Shake Mix
250 ml coconut milk
1 tablespoon oats
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Place all ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth.
Blueberry Chia Stamina
2 scoops (26 g) Formula 1 Vanilla Shake Mix
250 ml water
1/2 tsp Instant Herbal Beveragel Lemon flavour
1 scoop (14 g) Protein Drink Mix
1/2 cup (150 g) blueberries
1/8 cup (120 g) chia seeds
2 pieces of mint leaves or tsp dried mint
Blend until smooth.
Cafe Latte Almond Shake
2 scoops (26 g) Formula 1 Cafe Latte flavoured Shake Mix
1 scoop (13g) Protein Drink Mix
1 scoop (6,8 g) Multifibre
1 cup (250ml) Almond Milk (unsweetened)
1/4 cup almonds
Place all ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth.
Nutty Cholcolate Shake
2 scoops (26 g) Chocolate Formula 1 Shake Mix
250 ml semi-skimmed milk (1.5% fat)
1 tablespoon oats
½ tablespoon peanut butter (reduced fat)
½ banana
4 ice cubes
Place all ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth and thick.
Strawberry Melon Shake
2 scoops Formula 1 Vanilla Shake Mix
250 ml Semi-Skimmed milk (1.5% fat)
50 g Plain Greek Yogurt – low fat
¼ cup Strawberries
¼ cup Melon
Place all ingredients in the blender and blend for 30 seconds.
