HOW TO MAKE A SHAKE

STEP 1
Take 2 tablespoons of Nutritional Shake Powder of your choice.
STEP 2
Add 1-3 tablespoons of Personalized Protein Powder for extra protein or 2 scoops Protein Drink Mix for a protein-rich, creamy shake.
STEP 3
Add 250ml fat-free milk, yoghurt, yogisip or diluted fruit juice. Add a fruit of your choice (optional).
STEP 4
Shake! or Blend! Sit back and enjoy!
