HOW TO MAKE A SHAKE

STEP 1

Take 2 tablespoons of Nutritional Shake Powder of your choice.

STEP 2

Add 1-3 tablespoons of Personalized Protein Powder for extra protein.

STEP 3

Add 250ml fat-free milk, yoghurt, yogisip or diluted fruit juice. Add a fruit of your choice (optional).

STEP 4

Shake! or Blend! Sit back and enjoy!

TASTY SHAKE RECIPES

TOTALLY TROPICAL SHAKE

2 tblsp. Tropical Fruit Nutritional Shake
2 tblsp. Personalized Protein Powder (optional)
60ml pineapple juice
2 tblsp. crushed pineapple
1 tblsp. coconut milk
150ml orange juice

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend.

BERRY DELIGHT

2 tblsp. Strawberry Nutritional Shake
2 tblsp. Personalized Protein Powder (optional)
250ml berry juice (strawberry, cranberry or any other)
4 strawberries
2-4 ice cubes

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until ice cubes are crushed.

CHOC-BANANA SMOOTHIE
2 tblsp. Chocolate Nutritional Shake
2 tblsp. Personalized Protein Powder (optional)
1 banana
250ml fat-free vanilla flavoured drinking yoghurt
3 ice-cubes (optional)

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until ice cubes are crushed.

WATERMELON SHAKE

2 tblsp. Vanilla Nutritional Shake
2 tblsp. Personalized Protein Powder (optional)
250 ml fat-free milk
1 cup watermelon
1 cup melon

4-6 ice cubes (optional)

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until ice cubes are crushed.

CREAMY FRUIT DELIGHT

2 tblsp. Tropical Fruit Nutritional Shake
2 tblsp. Personalized Protein Powder (optional)
1 cup orange juice
1/2 bananas
100ml skim or fat-free milk
4 tblsp. low-fat or fat-free strawberry yoghurt
4 ice cubes

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until ice cubes are crushed.

FRUIT SHAKE
2 tblsp. Strawberry Nutritional Shake
2 tblsp. Personalized Protein Powder (optional)
250 ml fat-free milk
1 cup strawberries
1/2 grapefruit

4-6 ice cubes (optional)

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until ice cubes are crushed.

MOCHA SHAKE

2 tblsp. Chocolate Nutritional Shake
2 tblsp. Personalized Protein Powder (optional)
1 teasp. instant decaffeinated coffee
250ml fat-free milk
1/2 banana
3 ice-cubes (optional)

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until ice cubes are crushed.

MIXED YOGHURT SHAKE

2 tblsp. Strawberry Nutritional Shake
2 tblsp. Personalized Protein Powder (optional)
250ml low-fat or fat-free apricot yoghurt
50ml low-fat or fat-free strawberry yoghurt
100ml orange juice
3 ice-cubes (optional)

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until ice cubes are crushed.

PEACH SMOOTHIE

2 tblsp. Vanilla Nutritional Shake
2 tblsp. Personalized Protein Powder (optional)
1 fresh peach
250ml fat-free milk or fat-free peach flavoured yoghurt

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend well.

CINNAMON-APPLE SHAKE

2 tblsp. Vanilla Nutritional Shake
2 tblsp. Personalized Protein Powder(optional)
1 cup fat-free milk
1 cup of tinned apple slices
a dash of cinnamon
a drop of vanilla essence
4 ice cubes

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until ice cubes are crushed.
